Q: Does the rental price include setup and delivery?
Yes! Setup and takedown are included in our rental pricing within our local Baton Rouge delivery area. Delivery outside this area may include a small mileage or labor fee depending on distance — we’ll always confirm this when you book.

Q: How long do I get to keep the inflatable?
Standard rentals are for up to 6 hours of party time. Setup and teardown do not count toward your rental time — we handle those separately so you get full use of your inflatable.

Q: How early do you deliver and set up?
We generally deliver between 7:00 a.m. and noon, depending on your event start time and daily schedule. You’ll always receive a text or call the day before confirming your delivery window.

Cleaning & Safety

Q: Are the bounce houses cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely. Every unit is cleaned, disinfected, and inspected after each rental. We use commercial-grade cleaning products that are safe for kids and families — our goal is a spotless, worry-free setup every time.

Q: Is Elevation Bounce insured?
Yes, we carry full liability insurance to cover events at homes, schools, churches, and other venues that require proof of insurance.

Q: What safety rules should I know before renting?
Every inflatable comes with safety guidelines — including maximum occupancy, setup rules, and supervision requirements. We anchor all units securely with stakes or sandbags and test the equipment before leaving your site.

Setup & Power

Q: Do I need to provide anything for setup?
We just need a fairly flat, open area and access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup site.

Q: Can you set up in parks?
Yes! We love park setups. Most parks don’t have electrical outlets, so you’ll need a generator, which we will not provide. Parks are first-come, first-served, so arrive early to claim your reserved space.

Payment & Policies

Q: How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. A small deposit secures your reservation, with the balance due the day before your event.

Q: Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable deposit (typically 10–20%) is required to confirm your booking. The deposit goes toward your final balance.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
Life happens — if you cancel at least 48 hours before your event, you can reschedule or apply your deposit toward a future rental. Cancellations due to bad weather can be rescheduled with no penalty.

Weather & Equipment

Q: What if it rains on my event date?
If the forecast shows unsafe weather (high winds or heavy rain), we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue rain credit. Safety always comes first — we never deliver in unsafe conditions.

Q: What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass is best, but we can also set up on concrete, asphalt, or turf. We avoid rocks or sharp surfaces to protect the equipment.

Q: How are water slides different from bounce houses?
Water slides include water hookups for continuous flow — they’re perfect for Louisiana summer heat! We’ll bring hoses, tarps, and staking equipment to protect your yard and ensure smooth drainage.

Many weekends book up quickly — especially spring and summer. We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for the best selection.

Q: Can I rent for schools, churches, or corporate events?
